I have been "loosely" following the Insanity nutrition guide that is included and I am finding it to be pretty helpful. Everything is laid out really nicely and it is really easy to follow. I am a full time student and spend the majority of my time on campus for sometimes 10 hours a day! This nutrition guide makes packing a lunch suuuuuper easy! It is all about food prep and making sure you have everything pretty organized.
When I say "loosely" I mean, weekends mostly. My lovely, loving, and supportive boyfriend is off the weekends and he likes to eat things that are not considered to be the most healthy. I try my best to follow the guidelines, but sometimes I just want to have that cheeseburger! haha
