These are pics of the last three weeks. I fell off the wagon a bit this weekend but I'm back on track and right back to it. I don't see a whole lot of differences between the pics, but I am losing inches.

Insanity Nutrition Guide
I have been "loosely" following the Insanity nutrition guide that is included and I am finding it to be pretty helpful. Everything is laid out really nicely and it is really easy to follow. I am a full time student and spend the majority of my time on campus for sometimes 10 hours a day! This nutrition guide makes packing a lunch suuuuuper easy! It is all about food prep and making sure you have everything pretty organized.
When I say "loosely" I mean, weekends mostly. My lovely, loving, and supportive boyfriend is off the weekends and he likes to eat things that are not considered to be the most healthy. I try my best to follow the guidelines, but sometimes I just want to have that cheeseburger! haha

Week 2 Day 2 Insanity
I'm starting this blog to keep myself honest. If I influence someone along the way, that would not be such a bad thing either! I am on week 2 day 2 of the Insanity 60 day challenge and let me tell you... Insanity is not just a clever name! I am working my rear (literally) off. Now that it is week two, I find myself actually excited to workout!
So... I will start with some week one and week two photos... View's discretion is advised...
These photos are from Day 1 Week 1 Insanity pre workout. I am not one to put pics of me in my undies but if it will be encouraging, here they are. Height: 5'8" Weight: 159.3 Waist: 35" Hips: 42" Right thigh: 25.5" Left thigh: 24". I am not by any means severely overweight but I am having self esteem problems and have decided to take a stand.
This is Week 2 on my Recovery day... Weight: 154.8 Waist: 33" Hips: 41" Right Thigh: 22.5" Left Thigh: 23". Though you can't really see many results in just pictures, I can feel them. My body is tighter and more firm, I have a ton more energy, and since I am on week two, I can finally walk like a human again haha.
I will keep you all updated as I go... Encouraging words are greatly appreciated.
